			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>this past summer, Evergreen opened a Drop In Center for young people in the area to hang out at, find a listening ear, and to have some of their basic needs attended to.  Located on the corner of 15th and Bemidji Avenue (the old MTM Video building), the Drop In is open to anyone 21 and under and is open from noon to five on weekdays.</p>
<p>If you have any questions, feel free to stop by or contact Matt (766-9180), Kermit (766-8748), or call the Drop In Center at 209-2303.</p>
